At Grajé, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

- Items must be unworn and unused
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice
How to Return?
1. Contact us at info@graje.nl with your order number
2. You will receive a return label from us
3. Carefully package and return the item
4. After receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
Would you prefer to exchange for a different size or color? Please mention this in your return request, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
Return Costs
Returning an order within the Netherlands is free. For returns from other European countries, the costs are at your own expense.
Important Information
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition. In this case, we may not issue a refund at all or reduce the refund or exchange amount. Unacceptable returns may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
